Novaris Group is, first and foremost, a journey. Born in Belgium, I built my foundations in infrastructure and security there, before moving on to Canada and then settling in Bulgaria, at the heart of the European Union.

How soon can you start?

An initial assessment is delivered within a few business days. Once the scope is agreed, deployment starts quickly, on a schedule we set together.

Do you offer support and service-level agreements (SLAs)?

Yes. Support runs during business hours by default, with 24/7 on-call cover and formal SLAs available under a managed services contract.

How does billing work?

It depends on what you need: a fixed price for a defined project, time and materials for flexible support, or a monthly subscription for monitoring and managed services. You always get a clear quote before any commitment.

Does my data stay in Europe?

Yes. Hosting within the European Union is available, in line with GDPR and NIS2 requirements. Data residency is agreed with you from the start.

What happens in case of an incident or outage?

Your systems are monitored, with documented and tested recovery procedures. If an incident occurs, the goal is fast detection and response, according to the agreed service level.

Will I be locked in?

No. Everything is documented and you keep full ownership of your systems and code. You can take over or switch providers at any time.
